Taking advantage of brand-new materials, the Model H sets a new standard in product weight - weighing only 39 lbs. The Model H Hybrid is the only true hybrid chair, meaning you can self-propel and switch to power mode at any time!

Standard features include a seat belt, one set of removable seat and back covers, basic anti-tippers, batteries, and a charger. Available options are a caregiver push bar that attaches on the back push handles, adjustable anti-tippers upgrade, and many more.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you have received, please review the following return guidelines:

• Return authorization must be obtained in advance from 1800wheelchair
• In order for a return authorization number to be issued, photos of the current state and condition of the product will be requested and will need to be provided
• Return process must be initiated within 14 days of invoice date
• Item must arrive at manufacturer within 30 days of customer receipt
• All products will go through a comprehensive returns inspection upon receipt of return
• Product must be unused, clean, and free of damage (unless damaged during delivery); Products that are received with damage will be subject to additional fees to replace damaged parts and a higher restocking fee may apply (up to 20%)
• Any permanent damage to the frame of the product may cause the return to be rejected; In these circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately. Customer is ultimately responsible for securing the product from the returns warehouse within 10 days of being informed via email of return rejection. After 10 days, rejected returns may be discarded for health and safety reasons.
• Products must be returned with all original manufacturer packaging materials and shipping box
• Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, in all cases except the following: Manufacturer shipped the incorrect product, or the product was damaged upon arrival
• Due to the manufacturer's policy a 10% restocking fee will apply
• All delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping fees, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, and Tech Set-Up fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable

If you decide that you would like to return or exchange a product, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. To obtain an RA, call our customer service representatives at 1-800-320-7140 or you can email to info@1800wheelchair.com. NO RETURN ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR CREDITED WITHOUT AN ACCOMPANYING RA NUMBER

Refunds will be only be issued once the above conditions are satisfied.

Cancellations

We work hard to see that our products ship quickly. If you cancel your order after it has already shipped, it will be considered as a return, and will be subject to the conditions outlined above.
